Black Lives Matter

Amplify Asian American stands in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement. Our community is outraged and mourns the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Atatiana Jefferson, and too many others from police murder and racial violence. Activism comes in many forms and it’s up every one of us to support the Black community and advocate for justice. The nationwide protests are necessary in pushing forward the message that has been consistently downplayed and ignored in the past. We support the millions of Americans who have been standing up for Black lives. In addition to the fight for justice, we emphasize that the importance of voting cannot be ignored and is another actionable way to make the change we want to see. We encourage our community to make your voices heard, whether it is in the streets or at the ballot box.
